The X-Lite is ergonomically designed, featuring 4 switches and 2 sliders, which means you can still fly your Fixed-wing models as well multi-rotors and helicopters.

Lipo Battery Safety

Batteries should NEVER be left unattended while charging.
Be absolutely sure that the Lithium Polymer charger settings are correct for the battery pack being charged – both voltage and current settings.
Lithium Polymer must be CHARGED and STORED in a fire-safe container like a Lipo Sack.
Do not charge batteries near flammable items or liquids.
Keep a dry fire extinguisher nearby or a large bucket of dry sand, which is a cheap and effective extinguisher.
Never charge inside an automobile even when parked.
KEEP BATTERIES AWAY from children and pets at ALL times.
Never discharge below 3.5V per cell as it may cause permanent damage and void warranty
Battery may explode if damaged or disposed of in fire
Never leave batteries inside a car on a hot day or any other place where the temperature may exceed 140F / 60C.
Although environmentally friendly, lithium polymer cells must be FULLY discharged before disposal. Use a resistor setup (light bulbs, for example) to accomplish this, to avoid the possibility of a short-induced fire after disposal.
Immediately discharge damaged batteries at 1/2 C rate and dispose
Do not put the loose cells in a pocket, bag, or drawer where they could short-circuit against other items, or the battery tabs could be pressed against each other.
Take care that the cells are not punctured, especially by metallic objects like hobby knives.
If the electrolyte in the cells should get on your skin, thoroughly wash with soap and water. If in the eyes, rinse thoroughly with cool water. Immediately seek medical attention for this, or for burns.

A new era of connectivity

The TBS CROSSFIRE is a long range R/C link based on the newest RF technology, capable of self-healing two-way communications and range beyond comprehension. With a sensitivity of -130dB, full RF-side diveristy, tiny receivers for FPV quads, the TBS CROSSFIRE contains the most modern technology to provide a superior long range control link.

Remote control links, however, are tasked with much more than range. Latency, telemetry, robustness against interference, connectivity with smart devices, ease of use and the overall finish are too often sacrificed for that last bit of range. Team BlackSheep has been notorious for long range records, close-to-ground proximity flying in the Alps and deep urban operations. During our numerous missions all around the globe we have gathered a list of requirements, and have found that no existing system can cover them all. Through the OLED Display on the transmitter, you can monitor the real-time location of your drone (TBS GPS or BlackBox with DJI Naza or APM-based GPS required). The up- and downlink status provide a feeling of safety, the configuration options through the OLED display do away with any PC-based configuration tools. The pulsing LED relays your link budget and link health in colorized form (green = keep going, orange = turn around). In case of a crash, the location of the drone is visible on the OLED as well. The built in battery on the receiver turns it into a beacon automatically - and it will continue to transmit its last known location until the battery runs out.

Telemetry / CRSF

As a modern R/C link, it has telemetry built in. Two-way communication opens up new possibilities. From streaming MAVLink to you smart device, to updating your firmware, setting your video transmitter channel or adjusting flight control parameters such as PIDs. 25 degree mount for VM2751 camera


This mount is printed from semi-transparent, high-impact ABS.
It is part of our Whoop Brain kits, but you can also get it separately here.

It weighs 0.6g and is intended to mount a VM2751 camera at a 25˚ angle to a (somewhat) flat surface.
The grooves at the bottom allow for a better grip into glue.
To fix the camera onto the mount, use a 2mm zip-tie.

This mount is designed to be as crash-proof as possible. That means it will not break, and it will provide enough flex to minimize damage to the attached components.

I suggest to use "Permatex Black Adhesive Silicone" to glue the mount to the FC, as shown in this video:

The silicone forms a very flexible bond, so in the event of a crash, the mount will move and then return to its position. The zip-tie provides additional flex between camera and mount.

If you need to change/remove the camera, that's easy by snipping the zip-tie.

Removing the mount from the surface is easy as well. You just need to pull steady and hard enough, while slicing the silicon with an exacto knife. Make the cut as close as possible to the FC surface, so when you glue a new mount, you can use enough fresh glue without making it heavier than needed.
