These blades have slight cosmetic flaws in them such as paint overspray, scratches, or a weave defect. They are perfect other than these minor appearance issues and make a great practice blade at a great price. The cosmetically flawed blades will come with the words "B SURFACE" etched into the surface near the bolt hole.
