Who is.... RCBits?

We are a small group of remote control helicopter enthusiasts and we launched this site in November 2008 due to the inaccessibility of quality RC parts and accessories on our Australian shores. Our mission is to get you the gear you like, at the right price.

RCBits and owned and operated by Jezz and Timmy:

Jezz takes care of all shipping, accounts and billing stuff and that kind of thing.

Timmy takes care of the website, technical/product support and all other general enquiries.

Whats the go with shipping?

Orders are shipped daily via Australia Post. All packages sent out via Express or Registered post (depending on size) can be tracked from the Australia Post website.

We do our best to ensure your order is dispatched as soon as possible but sometimes it may take a little longer. As a general rule of thumb you can assume the following:

- Express Post orders (500gram/3kg satchel) placed before 4pm AEST will be shipped out on the same day.
- Registered Post orders (Tubes/Boxes) will generally be shipped out the following morning (sometimes the same day! depends how busy we are).
- International orders will be sent out the following morning.

How long will my order take to reach me?

Generally 1-2 days. Refer to Australia Post's Next Day Delivery Network to verify with your particular postcode.

Whats the go with stuff in stock?

Pretty much everything! We like to ensure the products your purchasing are physically with us at the time of your order. Our online inventory is completely realtime and reflects exactly what is sitting in our warehouse (give or take the very occasional counting error). To put it simply - if you can add it to your shopping cart, the item is in stock and ready to ship. Go for it!
